Charleston, WV — Chairman Matt Herridge released the following statement on Friday, following the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.
“Record-high prices, a broken southern border, and wars raging across the globe: top issues for the American people — all created by the Biden-Harris administration. Listening to the speeches from the DNC and Vice President Harris’ address last night, however, may lead one to believe that Donald Trump is the one in office. Much to the contrary, during President Trump’s tenure, prices and unemployment were low, wages were high, the border was secure, and zero wars broke out around the world. Americans remember this and take note of Vice President Harris’ lack of substance, plans, policies, and responsibility for the problems caused by her administration. President Trump and Senator Vance will return our country to the successes we experienced during his first term, and a growing number of Americans — including former Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. — have come to realize the importance of this election and sending Donald J. Trump back to the White House!”
